Our team works with clients and property owners to understand requirements, identify suitable properties, coordinate visits, and support the property onboarding process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to handle client requirements and property coordination. The main responsibility is to understand what the client is looking for, identify suitable properties, arrange property visits, and coordinate with property owners for onboarding.

This role involves regular communication with clients, property owners, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with clients and understand their property requirements.
- Understand requirements such as location, budget, size, property type, parking, accessibility, and other preferences.
- Search and identify properties that match the client's requirements.
- Share suitable property options with clients.
- Coordinate property visits and site inspections.
- Communicate with property owners and collect property-related information.




- Explain basic property details and availability to clients.
- Coordinate between clients, property owners, and the internal team.
- Handle the property onboarding process from initial discussion to listing.
- Collect property details, photographs, and other required information for onboarding.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and property owners.
- Keep property and client information updated.
- Support the team in expanding the company's property network.
- Visit properties when required for verification and coordination.

Requirements

- Any Degree; MBA is preferred.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in real estate, business development, client coordination, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients and property owners.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and identify suitable options.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations and commercial properties is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits when required.
