79th East Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based investment services firm, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-364145) and distributor of Portfolio Management Services.

The Role

Own the firm's operations function end to end - from client onboarding to transaction confirmation, reconciliation, reporting and records. You will manage the Operations Executive team and take ownership of operational issues, including rejections, breaks, delays and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Mutual Fund and PMS operations cycle - onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliation, records and reporting.

- Allocate, monitor and develop Operations Executives; establish turnaround standards and ensure timely completion.

- Resolve rejected applications, reconciliation breaks, delayed confirmations, custodian discrepancies and client escalations.

- Coordinate as the primary contact with AMCs, CAMS, KFintech, PMS providers and custodians.

- Maintain AMFI, SEBI and APMI documentation in audit-ready condition and support audits and filings.

- Create and maintain SOPs for recurring processes to ensure consistency and reduce dependency on individuals.

- Report TATs, rejection rates, pending items and operational issues to leadership.

What You Must Bring

- NISM Series II-B (RTA - Mutual Fund) - Mandatory.

- 5-7 years of Mutual Fund Operations experience, including PMS, with team-supervision experience.

- Strong knowledge of CAMS, KFintech,



PMS onboarding and custodian processes.

- Proven experience handling client and AMC escalations and resolving operational issues.

- Graduate; Commerce/Finance preferred.

- Hyderabad-based and available on-site at Ameerpet.

Added Advantage

NISM V-A/XXI-A; experience setting up operations processes; NRI operations (FEMA, NRE/NRO, FATCA/CRS); CRM/portfolio management systems; Telugu/Hindi.
