Admission Counsellor – UG/PG

Job Summary:
Responsible for counselling prospective students and parents for UG and PG programmes, managing admission enquiries, and driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on UG/PG programmes, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Conduct counselling sessions and understand students’ academic and career goals.
- Follow up with prospects from enquiry to application and final admission.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and student data in CRM/MIS.
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams for smooth enrolment.
- Participate in admission drives,



seminars, webinars, and outreach activities.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate with strong communication skills.
- 1–4 years of experience in education counselling/admissions/inside sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, follow-up, and conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and student-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
