About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales/business development, preferably within the EdTech industry, and be confident in client communication, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online channels, and other sources.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain and pitch relevant courses/programs to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Update lead and sales information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and overall performance.

Requirements

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Business Development,



Sales, Inside Sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven workplace.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
- Candidates who are available to work from Bengaluru are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
