About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and well-organized Attender to support the day-to-day operations of the academic department. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, professional, and willing to assist faculty members and the Head of the Department with routine office and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the department office, classrooms, practical laboratory, museum, dissection hall, and other assigned areas.
- Support the HOD, faculty members, and department staff with day-to-day administrative activities.
- Circulate letters, documents, indent books, attendance registers, and other official records to the concerned departments.
- Handle routine office files, documents, and registers carefully and systematically.




- Receive telephone calls and convey messages appropriately in the absence of the HOD or concerned staff.
- Receive visitors courteously and inform the concerned department personnel.
- Ensure documents and departmental information are handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain punctuality, proper uniform, ID card, and biometric attendance as per institutional requirements.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the department.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Department from time to time.
