Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Machine Installation and Training

- Assigned PAN India for an Jewellery sector.

- Discussing with customer for prerequisites arrangements and suggestions.

- Installation report submission to back office to close the call.

- Provide training to customer about machine operation and how to generate tool path.

2) Machine Problem Solving

- Attending breakdown calls within warranty, out of warranty and AMC.

- Attending customer’s phone calls and trying to solve problems on phone or make a visit.

- If any spares required then inform to back office and keep tap on it.

- Visit report submits to back office for invoicing and record purpose.

3) Spare parts sale

- During service or process call make sale of spare parts or consumables.

- Suggest customer to keep essential spares in stock.

- Discussing with customers regarding consumables sale.

4) Process or Service Visits

- Received every month warranty and AMC list from back office and visit them accordingly.





- Making SOP of service calls and product knowledge transfer to team via presentation.

5) Exhibitions

- Attending Jewellery Exhibitions.

- Handling machines loading and unloading activities both sides.

- Making machines power connections and maintaining machine in valuable condition during Exhibition.

6) Product Marketing

- During service visits do Millenia Technologies product marketing.

- If any customer is showing interest, then forwarding to sales team.

7) CNC Supporting Products Marketing & Sales

- CNC Tools, Filtration Unit Marketing and Sales

8) Software Knowledge;

- Must Know JD Surf mill Latest Version and Other CNC Related Software

- Must know how to operate 5 Axis and 9 Axis CNC Milling and Engraving Machine

Others:

- Maintaining good relationship with clients and staff.

- Supporting to team for demonstration of machines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
