**WE’RE HIRING — PROJECT MANAGER, INTERIOR FIT-OUT**

Grande Signature is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of our interior projects—from site readiness and execution through final handover.

We need someone who can manage multiple sites, lead execution teams, resolve technical issues and keep projects moving with consistent quality and clear accountability. This role requires regular site visits and active involvement in day-to-day execution.

**Key responsibilities**

* Independently manage interior projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.

* Plan work schedules, set site-wise targets and track progress across all ongoing projects.

* Visit sites regularly, inspect workmanship and resolve execution issues promptly.

* Lead site engineers, supervisors, installers and subcontractors, with transparent responsibilities and deadlines.

* Coordinate with designers, the factory, purchase teams and vendors to ensure drawings, materials and manpower are available on time.

* Read and interpret interior drawings, verify site measurements and identify discrepancies before execution.

* Supervise modular kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, panelling, ceilings, flooring, painting and associated electrical and plumbing coordination.

* Keep clients and management informed about progress, pending decisions and completion dates.

* Control material wastage,



prevent avoidable rework and maintain site safety, cleanliness and material protection.

* Manage snag lists, rectifications, final quality checks and a complete, organised client handover.

**Who we’re looking for**

* Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects, preferably residential interiors and modular installations.

* Strong practical knowledge of materials, finishes, installation methods and execution sequencing.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and teams with minimal supervision.

* Confident leadership, problem-solving and client communication skills.

* Willingness to travel regularly between project sites.

* A proactive approach and ownership of each project until handover.

* A qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design is preferred; strong relevant execution experience will also be considered.

**Salary and probation**

* **First 3 months — probation:** ₹35,000 per month.

* **After successful probation: ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

* **Additional performance bonus:** Based on agreed targets for timely completion, execution quality, cost control and client satisfaction.
