Roles & Responsibilites:

1. Travel Triangle Dashboard Training to the newly affiliated vendors.

2. Make sure they will achieve their relevant metrics as per destination objectives

3. Monitor the daily performance of the Vendor

4. Share weekly feedback with the Vendors

5. Assist there business related queries.

6. Relationship building meetings with agents.

7. Make sure the vendor is getting enough support from operation team

8. Identify and solve the problem areas of the agent if they are not performing

9. Good Written & verbal communication.

- Excellent people's manager.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, leadership capabilities.
- Mature individual with the ability to work & communicate with people across organizational units
- Ability to think analytically and valuable with numbers
- Strong implementation skills and problem solving approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage and lead a vendor team of over 15
- Creating actionable business strategies and Nurturing relationships with clients

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
