About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Video Editing Intern to join our marketing team. The intern will work on visual content for our luxury senior living, hospitality, wellness and lifestyle brands.

The role involves both graphic design and short-form video content, including social media posts, Reels, promotional videos and digital advertisements.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design

- Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Design social media posts, stories, Reels covers and digital advertisements.
- Create promotional creatives for events, offers and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with brochures, flyers, banners, standees and other print materials.
- Edit, enhance, and retouch images for marketing campaigns.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency with existing brand guidelines, fonts, colors, and visual style.

Video Editing & Reels

- Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Edit videos using raw footage, photographs, graphics, text and music.
- Create property tours, facility videos, promotional videos, event videos, and lifestyle content.
- Add text overlays, transitions, captions, music and basic motion graphics.
- Create engaging hooks and visual sequences suitable for social media.
- Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms.




- Assist in developing creative concepts for Reels and short-form video content.
- Keep up with current Reels trends, editing styles, transitions, and social media formats.

Skills We’re Looking For

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of any video-editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts and visual composition.
- Interest in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Ability to create clean, modern and premium-looking visuals.
- Willingness to learn new design and editing techniques.
- Ability to take feedback and make improvements.
- Good time management and communication skills.

Who Can Apply?

- Students or recent graduates pursuing Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Freshers with a strong creative portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who enjoy both designing and video editing are encouraged to apply.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

You should enjoy experimenting with designs, Reels, video editing, trends and visual storytelling. You don't need to know everything, but you should have a positive visual sense and be willing to learn through real-world projects.

Portfolio/Sample Work is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
