Job Description :

Operations Management: Manage load optimization, route planning, timely dispatches, and incoming and outgoing goods.

Team supervision includes keeping track of attendance, managing duty rosters, and supervising loaders, sorters, and delivery executives (riders).

Quality and Loss Control: Ensure that there is no shipping loss while maintaining accuracy in the overall count and value.

Metrics & Reporting: Manage basic operational reporting, data tracking, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT).

Cash & Reconciliation: Oversee End-of-Day (EOD) operations, reconciliations, and Cash on Delivery (COD) collections.

Resolve issues by managing customer escalations, unsuccessful delivery attempts (NDR management), and operational obstacles in real time.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Education: A degree or diploma in logistics, operations, or a similar discipline.

Experience: Usually calls for 0 to 2+ years of supply chain, floor operations, or logistics experience.

Robust problem-solving skills, knowledge of local navigation, teamwork, and basic data analysis are among the skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
