Qualification: BMS/BCOM /B.E./B.Tech /Diploma - Electrical Engineering preferred
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

Job Summary

KRYFS is looking for a Executive – Pre-Sales/CRM Role to support its Industrial IoT (IIoT) Business. The candidate will assist the team with customer coordination, enquiries, proposals, presentations and pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer and enquiry details in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS and other sales support documents.




- Coordinate product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Learn about KRYFS' Industrial IoT (IIoT) products and solutions.
- Support day-to-day pre-sales and customer coordination activities.

Requirements

- Fresher
- Any Graduate preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Interest in learning about Industrial IoT and electrical solutions.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Kindly Note: This is a Pre-Sales and Customer Coordination role based at HO and not a sales /field sales role

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
