Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with hands-on experience in the Exhibition & Event Industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising exhibition setups, event production, vendors, manpower, materials, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the complete production and execution of exhibitions and events.
- Coordinate exhibition stall setup, fabrication, branding, installations, and dismantling.
- Manage on-ground production teams and allocate work responsibilities.
- Coordinate with fabricators, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and manpower agencies.
- Ensure materials and production requirements are available as per project timelines.
- Monitor quality and timely completion of exhibition/event setups.
- Visit event and exhibition venues for site coordination and execution.
- Resolve on-site production and operational issues.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams.




- Ensure smooth execution according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor dismantling and ensure completion of post-event activities.
- Prepare production updates and report project status to management.

Required Experience

- Mandatory: Previous hands-on experience in the Exhibition & Event Industry.
- Experience in exhibition production, stall fabrication, event production, event execution, or event operations will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with on-site work and vendor coordination.
- Candidates without relevant exhibition/event industry experience will not be considered.
