Job Description: Human Resource Manager

Position: Human Resource Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 1–2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Manager to manage our end-to-end HR operations and build a productive, disciplined, and positive workplace environment.

The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee management, HR policies, attendance, performance management, and conflict resolution. The person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization and taking ownership of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Maintain a structured candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer letters.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

- Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and explain company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle resignation, notice periods, exit interviews, and full-and-final coordination.
- Ensure proper handover during employee exits.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor daily employee attendance and working hours.
- Maintain attendance records and leave databases.
- Track late coming, absences, and irregular attendance.
- Coordinate with management regarding attendance-related issues.
- Implement and enforce company attendance policies.

4. Performance Management





- Coordinate employee performance reviews.
- Track probation periods and confirmation status.
- Work with department managers to establish performance expectations.
- Identify performance issues and coordinate improvement plans.
- Maintain performance documentation.

5. Employee Relations

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related concerns.
- Resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Improve employee engagement and workplace communication.
- Handle disciplinary matters according to company policies.

6. HR Policies & Compliance

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand company rules and policies.
- Maintain proper employee documentation.
- Support statutory HR compliance and coordinate with external consultants when required.
- Keep HR processes aligned with applicable employment laws.

7. Payroll Coordination

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/finance team.
- Verify attendance, leaves, deductions, incentives, and salary changes.
- Maintain accurate salary and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll-related employee queries.

8. HR Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain employee databases and HR records.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management.
- Track hiring, attrition, attendance, leave, and employee performance.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee documentation.




- Keep all HR records updated and confidential.

Required Skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.

Salary

₹15,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
