We are looking for motivated and hardworking ITI Fitter freshers to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training in fitting, assembly, machine shop support, and industrial manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in fitting, assembly, and dismantling of machine components.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments under supervision.
- Support senior fitters and operators in daily production activities.
- Perform basic drilling, grinding, filing, and fitting operations.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Assist in machine assembly and maintenance-related activities.
- Ensure proper quality and accuracy of assigned work.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
Eligibility
- ITI – Fitter trade (Freshers).
- Basic knowledge of fitting tools and workshop practices.
- Willingness to learn manufacturing and industrial skills.
- Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
- Ability to work in shifts as required.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of engineering drawings (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of fitting and assembly operations.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving attitude.
