Role description

This role is for an experienced professional to lead and manage complex programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery through robust project governance and Agile methodologies. The Senior Specialist will drive value-driven outcomes, optimize project performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Description:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex programs and projects, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

2. Implement and maintain strong project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

3. Apply Agile (Value-Driven Delivery) principles and practices to optimize project workflows and maximize business value.

4. Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

5. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.

6. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.

7. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.

8. Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

9. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

10. Explore and leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of progressive experience in program and project management roles.

- Proven expertise in Agile (Value-Driven Delivery) methodologies and practices.

- Strong background in establishing and maintaining robust Project Governance.





- Demonstrated proficiency in comprehensive Project Planning.

- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.

- Experience in defining and tracking project KPIs.

- Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.

- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for project management is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
