Britfort Academy is a leading education and training institute specializing in IELTS, OET, PTE, Spoken English, and healthcare education. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions, build institutional partnerships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, hospitals, educational institutions, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and institutional partners.
- Achieve monthly business development and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships,



and business activities.
- Represent the organization at educational events, seminars, and exhibitions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and promotional activities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM is an added advantage).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with business development experience are encouraged to apply.
