Job Role: Field Recruiter

Location: Sanand GIDC, Santej, Vijapur, Karan Nagar.

Experience: 0- 3 years

Salary: Depends on interview

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruit Skilled and Unskilled labour by visiting field, local Recruitment drives, etc.

2. Assist in joining process, manage documents and co-ordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding.

3. Manage and Resolve Worker related issues and Maintain Documents.

4. Coordinate with Labours and internal team.

5. Manage workers on the company site.

Requirements:

1. 12th pass, Graduate(Preferred).

2. Good communication and Managerial skills.

3. Willingness to visit site for Recruitment process.

4. Should have good Interpersonal Skill.

5. Having Computer Knowledge is a plus.

6. Language known: Hindi, Gujarati, English(Preferred).
