TGT Hindi Cum Sanskrit Teacher (Trained Graduate Teacher) teaches Hindi and Sanskrit to middle and high school students (classes 6 to 10), managing dual-subject curricula, lesson planning, and student assessments.

Key Responsibilities

- Subject Teaching: Deliver well-paced lessons in both Hindi and Sanskrit according to the school syllabus for grades 6 through 10.
- Lesson Planning: Create daily and weekly lesson plans, integrating interactive activities, grammar exercises, and literature readings.
- Assessments & Grading: Design question papers, quizzes, and unit tests, and evaluate student notebooks, assignments, and exams on time.
- Student Support: Conduct remedial classes or extra support sessions for students who need help catching up in language proficiency.
- Extracurricular Activities: Organize and train students for language-based events like debates, poetry recitation, elocution, and cultural programs related to Hindi and Sanskrit heritage.
- Parent Communication: Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress and respond to parent queries promptly.

Essential Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Hindi and Sanskrit (or equivalent with these as core subjects) with at least 50% marks, combined with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Certifications: Passing the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET Paper-II) or state-level TET is widely preferred or mandatory for many institutions.
- Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and Sanskrit, alongside basic computer literacy for digital grading and smart-class integration.
