- Manage Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VMware/Hyper-V and user access.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and network connectivity.
- Manage server backups, storage, disaster recovery, and restoration activities.
- Monitor infrastructure security, antivirus, firewall policies, and security patches.
- Provide infrastructure support for HIS/HMS, EMR, LIS, RIS/PACS, billing, pharmacy, and other hospital applications.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and monitor server/network performance and uptime.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, AMC providers, and application teams for technical issues.
- Handle L2/L3 infrastructure incidents, perform RCA, and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
- Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, inventory, network diagrams, and incident records.
