Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to oversee and manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, operations, training & development, employee grievances, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, preferably from a consulting or CA firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.

2. HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain and update HR policies in compliance.

Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes.

Manage employee records and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
