Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create graphics, banners, posters, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Plan and publish engaging content, captions, blogs, and campaigns.
- Develop content calendars and support employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for company updates, events, and achievements.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement recent ideas.

Skills Required

- Experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Basic to good video editing skills.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, Google Business, SEO, hashtags, and algorithms.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
