Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and licensed Architect with strong practical experience in architectural design, working drawings, approvals, and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural requirements from concept and planning through drawings and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Develop and modify designs according to project requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with civil, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor execution to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare drawing revisions, construction details, and as-built drawings wherever required.
- Coordinate for building permissions, statutory approvals, and authority submissions.
- Review drawings and identify design or execution-related issues before and during construction.
- Assist in material selection, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project documents.




- Coordinate directly with management, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Handle multiple projects and ensure timely completion of assigned architectural work.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) is mandatory.
- Valid Architect License / Council of Architecture (COA) Registration is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of working drawings and construction detailing.
- Experience in handling commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use projects will be preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with both office-based design work and site coordination.

Required Technical Skills

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Revit / SketchUp / 3D software – Advantage
- Valuable knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
- Understanding of local development regulations and approval processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
