Sales Development Representative

Location: Greater Noida | Work From Office
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + Food + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to take ownership of sales, candidate counselling and conversions across Kareer Coach’s international career programs.

What You’ll Do

- Handle leads, counselling and follow-ups from enquiry to conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Conduct webinars and seminars independently.
- Present Kareer Coach’s programs confidently to candidates and parents.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Create sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team.




- Represent Kareer Coach at events and other candidate-facing activities.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3+ years of sales/business development experience.
- Strong communication, counselling and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting webinars.
- Target-driven, confident and accountable.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content.
- Prior experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
