E-commerce Executive
We are looking for anE-commerce Executive to manage online orders, customer follow-ups, courier coordination, and order-related support.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle COD confirmations and website order follow-ups.
- Track pending, cancelled, and unconfirmed orders.
- Assist customers with order, delivery, return, and exchange queries.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delivery issues.
- Follow up on NDR, RTO, and delayed shipments.
- Maintain order records and basic reports.

Key Skills

- E-commerce order management knowledge
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Valuable follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
