JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Retail Sales Officer with experience in diamond jewellery sales to handle customer sales, achieve targets, manage stock, and maintain showroom standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.

- Provide excellent customer service and handle objections.

- Follow up with customers after sales.

- Conduct stock checks and prepare stock reports.

- Maintain jewellery displays and visual merchandising.





- Explain value-added services to customers.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness and housekeeping.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate with good communication skills.

- Minimum 1 year of diamond jewellery sales experience.

- Solid customer handling and sales skills.

- English communication required.

- Telugu/Hindi/Tamil communication is an advantage.

- Retail jewellery experience preferred.
