Sales Associate (SA) / Senior Sales Associate (SSA)

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Handle billing, order processing, and customer queries.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 12th pass candidates with experience are eligible.
- Graduate freshers are also eligible.
- BPO experience is acceptable.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
