About Us
DDZYN360 is a specialized scale model making company creating detailed architectural and miniature models for real estate developers, architects, and design firms. Our work spans everything from high-rise building models to intricate interior layouts, combining craftsmanship, design, and technical precision.
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive/Manager to join our team and support our growing workforce. This is an important note for candidates to understand clearly before applying: DDZYN360 operates as a hybrid workplace, with both office-based (white-collar) staff — such as designers, project managers, and client-facing teams — and workshop-based (blue-collar) staff, including model makers, carpenters, painters, and fabrication crew who work hands-on in our production unit.
The HR role will involve managing people processes across both these teams, so candidates should be comfortable working with a diverse workforce across different work environments — from a professional office setting to an active workshop/production floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both office and workshop-based roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination for all staff categories
- Maintain HR records,
contracts, and compliance documentation for both salaried and wage-based employees
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns across office and workshop teams
- Support workplace policies suited to both administrative staff and production/fabrication staff
- Coordinate training, safety briefings, and inductions for workshop staff where applicable
- Assist with performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between office management and workshop supervisors
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including documentation, filing, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role (experience in manufacturing, workshop, or production environments is a plus)
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with staff across different roles and backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR software tools
- Well-organized, approachable, and solution-oriented
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
