Senior Quality – Job Responsibilities
Experience - 5-7+ years
Vasai - Sativali ( pick and drop service )

- Check product quality by reviewing design, manufacturing and testing documents.
- Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Prepare and review material datasheets and quality documents.
- Prepare and review customer drawings as required.
- Attend customer meetings and discuss quality-related matters.
- Prepare and update Quality Plans, Process Flow Charts and Control Plans.
- Handle customer quality queries and provide proper solutions.
- Suggest improvements in production lines and processes to improve product quality.
- Provide customer support and handle quality-related emails.
- Visit customer locations for product quality issues and discussions.
- Maintain and control all QC-related documents and records.
- Lead and guide the Quality Engineering team.
- Coordinate and conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process and finished products.




- Identify root causes of quality problems and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct daily QR/QC meetings and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase and other departments for quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures and customer requirements.
- Monitor quality performance and support continuous improvement activities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
