Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day clinic and clinical operations.
- Diagnose patients and prepare treatment plans.
- Supervise dentists, assistants, and support staff.
- Ensure quality patient care, hygiene, and clinical standards.
- Handle patient consultations, follow-ups, and concerns.
- Guide junior dentists and manage complex cases.
- Monitor clinic performance and support revenue targets.

Requirements:

- BDS/MDS with valid Dental Council registration.
- 3+ years of clinical experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and patient-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of dental procedures and clinic operations.

Salary: ₹40k to 60k + Incentives (if applicable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
