Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Product Analyst to support AI-driven transformation initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will possess robust domain expertise in Payments, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Regulatory Reporting and will be capable of bridging business requirements with technology and AI solution design.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end business analysis activities for AI and digital transformation projects.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and product roadmaps.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams.Contribute to AI solution definition by applying system thinking and domain expertise to complex business challenges.Support product development lifecycle activities, including requirement prioritization, backlog management, and roadmap planning.Participate in UI/UX discussions and provide input on product design and user experience.Ensure alignment of business requirements with regulatory, risk, and operational objectives.

Skill Requirements





8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking and Financial Services.Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following:PaymentsCorporate BankingInvestment BankingRegulatory Reporting (GAAP, IFRS, Credit Risk Reporting)Expertise in one or more sub-domains:Lending & Limits ManagementLoansTradingMiddle Office & Back Office OperationsTrade Finance (LC/BG)Financial Risk ReportingProven experience creating:Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)User Stories and Product BacklogsProduct Roadmaps (Jira preferred)Understanding of Product Management practices and Agile delivery methodologies.Hands-on exposure to UI analysis and basic product development concepts.Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology and AI solutions.

Other Requirements

CBAP, Agile Product Owner, or related certifications are desirable but not mandatory.Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Data-driven transformation initiatives is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.
