We are looking for a confident and people-oriented Admission Counselor to join our team in Jalandhar.

What you’ll be doing:

- Connect with prospective students and understand their course/career requirements.
- Explain available courses, training programs, fees and related details clearly.
- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Follow up with interested candidates and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/student information.
- Work towards achieving admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth student experience.

What we’re looking for:

- 6 months–2 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, admissions, inside sales or a similar role.




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
