Job Overview

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support day-to-day reporting, data management and documentation activities. This is a suitable opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have good knowledge of MS Excel and are interested in working with data and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update data in Excel and other reporting systems.
- Collect and organize data from different departments.
- Check data for accuracy and maintain proper records.
- Prepare Excel reports as per business requirements.
- Assist in tracking performance, sales and operational data.
- Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
- Support the team with data analysis and reporting.
- Identify basic data errors and coordinate for corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and records.

Required Skills





- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and IF will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

Eligibility

- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc. / any relevant discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Interest in data, reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to learn and work from the Ahmedabad office.
