We are looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring proper HR documentation and compliance with applicable company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Maintain candidate and employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Complete joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, employee files, and other HR records.
- Support statutory and HR compliance activities and ensure required documentation is maintained.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts teams for compliance-related requirements.




- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and preparation of HR/compliance reports.
- Stay updated on applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- 0–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations/compliance.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Basic to good knowledge of labour laws and statutory HR compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust documentation and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements independently.
- Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Location Preference
Candidates residing in or near the job location will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
