Salary - 10000 - 12000.
Office Type - WFO
Timings - 9 - 6 (Weekly 6 Days).
Location - Karuvampalayam, Tiruppur.
1. Client & Appointment Coordination
Handle incoming calls and enquiries from existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
Maintain and monitor client schedules to ensure continuity of sessions.
Coordinate follow-ups regarding upcoming sessions, missed appointments, and required
communication.
Ensure that clients receive timely and appropriate information regarding their
appointments and Reboot services.
Maintain a warm, respectful, and professional communication style at every point of
contact.
2. Enquiry & Follow-Up Management
Respond to enquiries related to counselling, psychotherapy, assessments, therapeutic
interventions, programs, workshops, and other services offered by Reboot.
Understand the nature of enquiries and direct them appropriately within the Reboot
team.
Follow up with prospective clients and participants in a professional and non-intrusive
manner.
Maintain systematic records of enquiries, conversions, pending follow-ups, and required
actions.
Coordinate payment-related follow-ups and ensure timely communication regarding
pending payments and session continuation.
3. Administrative & Record Management
Maintain essential registers and operational records of the centre.
Maintain attendance records and daily movement registers, including people entering
and leaving the centre where required.
Maintain relevant forms, documentation, and administrative records associated with
counselling and other Reboot services.
Ensure that records are updated accurately, systematically, and confidentially.
Support the team in maintaining a well-organised and professional working environment.
4. Counselling & Mental Health Centre Support
Support the smooth functioning of the centre
'
s day-to-day operations.
Understand the basic workflow of a mental health centre and the importance of
confidentiality, boundaries, sensitivity, and professional communication.
Interact with clients and visitors in a manner that is non-judgmental, welcoming, and
emotionally sensitive.
Recognise situations that require the attention of a psychologist or senior team member
and escalate them appropriately.
Maintain professional boundaries and avoid independently providing psychological
advice, counselling, or clinical interpretations unless appropriately qualified and
authorised.
5. Program & Workshop Support
Accompany the Reboot team for school, college, corporate, community, and other
external programs and workshops as required.
Assist the team in the logistical and operational coordination of workshops and events.
Observe and learn Reboot'
s methodologies, activities, facilitation styles, and
psychological approaches.
Gradually develop the knowledge and skills required to function as a resource
person/support facilitator for selected Reboot programs.
Actively participate in Reboot'
s initiatives and contribute to creating meaningful
participant experiences.
6. Learning & Career development
The role is designed not only as an operational position but also as an opportunity for
professional learning within the mental-health and psychology ecosystem.
The individual will be expected to:

s services, programs, projects, and professional practices.
Develop an understanding of basic psychological concepts relevant to Reboot'
s work.
Learn through observation, participation, workshops, team discussions, and field
exposure.
Gradually take greater ownership of selected responsibilities based on demonstrated
competence.
