Job Description:

- Review of financial statements, conducting detailed analysis of financial statements providing insights to the client/investor;
- Preparing Diligence reports giving analysis summary and recommendation on issues identified during diligence;
- Managing and coordination work with target and client;
- Analyzing financial and commercial data for providing adjustments to EBITDA, Net Debt & Net working capital;
- Providing Key insights to the C-suite and Partners to maximize value and mitigate potential risks;
- Develop a multi sector understanding through industry benchmarking and analyzing company’s sustainable quality of earning;
- Be part of investor meetings to address queries pertaining to the financial due diligence report;




- Performing financial due diligence on the targets identified by the strategic & financial investors;
- Performing field work comprising analysis of financial & operational performance and future profitability and growth of the target company;
- Identifying various trends , one off items and potential deal breakers to add value in the due diligence project work;
- Effectively communicating the overall findings of the due diligence and its impact on business model, valuation, transaction documents and eventually on the deal;
- Giving inputs for matters that should be included in transaction documents for fair and indisputable conclusion of transaction.
