Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join Digital Pendu Skill House. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital trends. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, distributing content across platforms, converting podcast episodes into engaging clips and reels, and ensuring consistent brand visibility and audience engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shorts, and Reels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, grow, and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shorts, and Reels.
- Develop and execute effective content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Ensure disciplined and consistent posting across all social media platforms according to the content calendar.
- Plan and manage the content calendar, posting schedules, and overall content distribution.
- Distribute content strategically across platforms to increase brand awareness, audience reach, and visibility.




- Understand social media algorithms, platform guidelines, policies, and changing trends to optimize content performance.
- Monitor and analyze content quality before publishing to ensure it aligns with brand standards and audience expectations.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including views, reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance, and make improvements accordingly.
- Manage comments, DMs, and overall audience engagement while maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Lead and coordinate the social media team, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to improve content quality, engagement, and overall social media performance.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, platform rules, policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing social media pages, preferably podcast, media, entertainment, or content-based platforms.
- Solid understanding of viral content formats, hooks, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze content quality and identify what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.




- Strong content planning, distribution, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate effectively with content creators and editors.
- Solid analytical and data-management skills with the ability to interpret social media performance.
- Creative thinking with fast and effective execution.
- Strong understanding of the Punjabi language, culture, trends, and audience mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital media environment while maintaining consistency and discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3+ years of experience in social media management or a related digital media role.
- Experience handling social media pages, preferably in the podcast, media, entertainment, or content-creation industry.
- Portfolio showcasing social media pages managed, campaigns handled, or content created.
- Demonstrated ability to grow audience reach and engagement through effective content strategies.
- Passion for content creation, social media, digital trends, and audience engagement.
