### Required Qualifications & Skills

1. **Educational Qualification:** Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgy / Surface Coating or B.Sc. Chemistry, with **2-3 years of experience in anodizing processes** for skilled operators.

2. Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs.

3. Good knowledge of anodizing processes.

4. **Equipment Knowledge:** Rectifier operation (manual/auto mode), PLC/SCADA systems for automatic lines, hoist operation for semi-automatic/automatic lines, override functions, jigging and racking methods.

5. **Skill Requirements:**

- **Semi-Automatic Line:** Manual loading/unloading of parts, process parameter setting (current, time, temperature), monitoring tank conditions, manual process data recording, and identification of visual defects such as burning, pitting, and patchiness.





- **Fully Automatic Line:** Operation of PLC-controlled systems, recipe selection and validation, alarm handling and troubleshooting, HMI interface operation, data logging, and traceability system management.

6. **Quality & Inspection Knowledge:** Micron-level thickness measurement, understanding acceptance criteria (e.g., 25 µm, 40–60 µm), seal quality testing, adhesion testing, and maintaining process log sheets, batch records, and traceability documentation.

7. **Safety Requirements:** Knowledge of chemical handling (H₂SO₄, nitric acid, etc.), PPE usage, acid-resistant gloves, face shield, apron, emergency procedures, acid-spill response, first aid for chemical exposure, and electrical safety related to rectifier systems.

8. Basic awareness and knowledge of **NADCAP and AS9100** requirements.

9. Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
