The Marketing & HR Assistant will support the hospital's human resource activities, staff coordination, recruitment, employee documentation, marketing initiatives, community outreach, and hospital promotion activities.

The position requires regular coordination with hospital departments, doctors, employees, patients, corporate clients, diagnostic centres, referring doctors, and external organizations.

The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, professional behaviour, and the ability to handle confidential employee and hospital information.

The candidate should be willing to take responsibility for both HR coordination and hospital marketing/outreach activities and should be capable of working independently under the guidance of hospital management.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Marketing, Business Administration or Healthcare Management will be preferred.

Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Email and internet communication.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain databases.

- Candidates with hospital/healthcare experience will be given preference.
- Fresh graduates with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.

WORKING HOURS

Full-Time Position

Working hours and weekly off will be as per hospital policy and operational requirements.

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Final salary will depend on the candidate's qualification, experience, communication skills, relevant healthcare experience and overall suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
