Balaji Dental Centre (BDC) is a well-established dental practice with over 30 years of experience in providing comprehensive, quality oral care. Our practice combines clinical expertise, advanced technology and a patient-centric approach to deliver personalised dental care and long-term treatment outcomes.

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Prosthodontist to join our clinical team and contribute to our growing range of restorative and prosthetic dental treatments.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and plan comprehensive prosthodontic treatments based on individual patient needs.
- Handle fixed, removable and implant-supported prosthodontic cases.
- Perform and manage treatments involving crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Develop detailed treatment plans in coordination with other dental specialists wherever required.
- Work with digital dentistry workflows, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM and digital treatment planning.
- Coordinate with dental laboratories to ensure accuracy, aesthetics and quality of prosthetic work.
- Evaluate occlusion, function, aesthetics and overall oral health while planning restorative treatments.
- Handle complex restorative and full-mouth rehabilitation cases with attention to functional and aesthetic outcomes.




- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Communicate treatment plans, procedures and expected outcomes clearly to patients.
- Ensure a high standard of clinical care, infection control and patient safety.
- Work collaboratively with the broader BDC clinical team for multidisciplinary cases.

Candidate Profile

- MDS in Prosthodontics from a recognised institution.
- 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Good understanding of occlusion, treatment planning and restorative aesthetics.
- Strong communication and patient-management skills.
- Detail-oriented, ethical and committed to high standards of clinical care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary dental team.
