Job Summary

ShakeOnics is looking for an experienced and passionate Café Chef to join our team in Bikaner. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Continental and fast-food preparation and be comfortable working with a variety of café menu items.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Wraps, Salads, Shakes & Smoothies.
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portion size and presentation.
- Follow ShakeOnics recipes, SOPs and food-safety standards.
- Handle daily kitchen preparation and mise en place.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation and ingredient requirements.
- Maintain proper kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure timely preparation of customer orders.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper food storage.




- Coordinate with the kitchen/team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in a Café, QSR, Continental or Fast-Food kitchen.
- Good knowledge of Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Wraps and Salads.
- Basic knowledge of Shakes & Smoothies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety.
- Passion for cooking and maintaining consistency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
