Job Purpose

To promote and market the company’s bioplastic, compostable and eco-friendly products, develop new customers, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company’s bioplastic, compostable and eco-friendly products.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors and business opportunities.
- Visit customers and understand their product requirements.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, online platforms and other sources.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing and delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports,



lead details, customer records and sales reports.
- Attend exhibitions, trade fairs and customer meetings as required.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing activities.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and market development.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in sales/marketing; experience in bioplastic, plastic, packaging, FMCG or related industries will be preferred.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Reporting To: Sales/Marketing Manager or Management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
