Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Pallavi International School, Sagar Road

Job Summary:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for managing the student admission process, guiding prospective parents and students, and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience aligned with the school’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads)
- Provide detailed information about curriculum, facilities, and school policies
- Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, interactions, and admissions data
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process
- Support planning and execution of admission events, orientations, and campaigns
- Ensure excellent parent relationship management and satisfaction
- Assist in documentation, fee processing,



and admission formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); preference for MBA/Marketing/Communications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable organizational and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management
- Prior experience in school admissions or customer relationship roles is preferred
