Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Robotics Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent robotic systems. In this role, you will bridge software, hardware, and control theory to take robotic systems from concept and prototyping into reliable real-world production. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and embedded software engineers to build autonomous, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Software Development & Integration: Design, write, and test robust, production-quality code (C++ and Python) running on embedded Linux systems and robot middleware (ROS/ROS 2).
- Autonomy & Algorithms: Implement and optimize algorithms for kinematics, dynamics, motion planning, localization (SLAM), sensor fusion, and trajectory generation.
- Hardware Integration: Integrate and calibrate sensors and actuators, including LiDAR, depth cameras, IMUs, encoders, brushless DC motors, and serial communication buses (CAN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet).
- Simulation & Validation: Develop and validate system behavior in simulation environments (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or Webots) before hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Lead bring-up, field testing, debugging, and continuous reliability testing on physical prototypes and production hardware.
- Documentation & Compliance:



Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture schematics, API specs, and safety hazard analyses (e.g., ISO 13849 / ISO 10218).

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), robotic manipulators, or industrial automation systems.
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) and Python.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with ROS / ROS 2 (navigation stack, MoveIt, TF transformations, custom nodes/actions).
- Control Systems: Solid foundation in classical and up-to-date control theory (PID, LQR, Model Predictive Control) and rigid body mechanics.
- Tooling: Proficient with Git version control, Linux environments, CMake, and CI/CD development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, Open3D) and machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for perception and object detection.
- Hands-on experience with embedded development (STM32, ESP32, FreeRTOS) and PCB bring-up.
- Familiarity with containerization and cloud robotics tools (Docker, AWS RoboMaker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of functional safety standards in industrial robotics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
