About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Professional to join our team at Dot Media. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of relevant experience in HR Operations and should be well-versed in day-to-day HR processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate and support monthly payroll processing and related activities.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documents, and databases.
- Handle HR documentation and ensure proper maintenance of employee files.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling and resolution.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams for smooth execution of HR processes.




- Ensure timely completion of HR-related documentation and compliance requirements.
- Provide operational support to the HR team as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations is mandatory.
- Good understanding of HR processes, payroll coordination, onboarding, and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other HR tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
