We are looking for Collection Executives / Recovery Agents to join our fintech cloud company. The role involves handling customer calls, following up for pending payments, and maintaining proper collection records.

Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
- Communicate with customers regarding pending payments.
- Discuss payment options and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Basic communication skills required.
- Hindi knowledge preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
