About the Role

I Tech Power is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our solar solutions, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain I Tech Power's Solar EPC and Renewable Energy solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update customer information in the company's CRM.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide regular reports on calling activities and lead status.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Hindi/Malayalam communication will be an added advantage.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
