Position Overview

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for a agile and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize landing pages for better lead conversion.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.




- Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
- Generate qualified leads and support sales teams through digital marketing initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
