Medical Writer & Pharma Project Coordinator – Surat
Job Summary
Imagica Health is looking for a Medical Writer & Pharma Project Coordinator with an M.Pharm or Pharm.D background to join our team.
The role involves coordinating pharma software projects, working with clients and internal teams, and supporting scientific/medical content development.
- Work closely with pharmaceutical clients to understand their requirements and project objectives.
- Coordinate with coding, design, and internal teams to develop user-friendly software applications and interfaces for pharma and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate project activities and follow up with teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Review application flows and functionalities from a user perspective.
- Conduct end-to-end testing (UAT) before product release and report issues to the relevant teams.
- Coordinate with developers and designers for issue resolution and improvements.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and project documentation for clients.
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate resolution of client queries related to software applications.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and feedback between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain project records and ensure smooth project execution.
Scientific Writing & Content Development – 25%
- Conduct scientific literature and reference searches using reputed journals and reliable sources.
- Identify, review, and evaluate relevant scientific articles and references.
- Assist in developing pharma brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Support the development of scientific and healthcare communication materials.
- Create clear and engaging content for patient education and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for pharma and healthcare projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Pharm / Pharm.D – Mandatory
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Interest in pharma technology, software applications, and project management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn new software, digital tools, and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Scientific writing or medical writing experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/healthcare software applications.
- Experience with UAT or software testing.
- Client coordination or project management experience.
- Familiarity with scientific literature databases and journal research.
