We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Prosthetist and Orthotist to join our clinical team. He/She will evaluate patients, design custom supportive devices, and provide complete rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Assessment: Interview and examine patients to understand their physical needs based on physician prescriptions.
- Measurements & Casting: Take precise body measurements, plaster casts, or digital scans for custom devices.
- Design & Fabrication: Build, align, and modify prosthetic and orthotic appliances by hand or using contemporary lab equipment.
- Fitting & Adjustment: Test devices on patients, check for physiological comfort, and make real-time mechanical adjustments.
- Patient Education: Teach patients how to safely wear, clean, and maintain their new devices.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation nurses.
- Follow-Up Care: Monitor long-term patient progress,



conduct gait analysis, and perform device repairs as needed.
- Documentation: Keep clear, confidential, and accurate electronic records of patient treatment plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (BPO) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with prior clinical/hospital internship or work experience in orthotics and prosthetics.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of human anatomy, biomechanics, and material science.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, and clear interpersonal communication.
- Teamwork: Ability to coordinate effectively within a busy healthcare workplace.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
