Role Purpose: Own the operating discipline and financial control of Humble Bee field programs. The role will ensure that program plans are translated into measurable execution, field teams follow defined SOPs and KPIs, program data is captured accurately and reported on time, inventory and assets are controlled, documentation is complete, and program revenues and costs are tracked through a robust project-level P&L.; The role requires someone who can work across Operations, Accounts, Billing, Inventory, HR and liaise with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Execution & Performance Management — 35%

Own the operating rhythm of the program and ensure plans translate into execution.

- Translate program plans into district- and mandal-level operating plans.
- Establish and maintain program KPIs, targets, and review mechanisms.
- Track targets vs. actuals across districts, mandals and key activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, operating processes and reporting cadence.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance and manpower deployment against program requirements.
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks and deviations and drive corrective action.
- Maintain program action trackers and ensure timely closure of pending actions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with state and district teams.
- Escalate material risks, delays and performance issues to the COO/management.

2. Program MIS, PMO & Stakeholder Management — 25%

Own the information, documentation and coordination layer that keeps management and stakeholders informed and aligned.

- Own the program MIS and reporting calendar.
- Consolidate field data into accurate, timely and decision-useful management dashboards.
- Ensure completeness and quality of daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly program performance reports and management updates.
- Maintain program documentation, digital records and audit trails.
- Maintain stakeholder action trackers covering commitments, approvals,



deliverables and pending actions.
- Coordinate correspondence, letters, meeting notes, utilization reports and other program documentation.
- Coordinate with SERP, district authorities and other institutional stakeholders on program deliverables, documentation and approvals.
- Ensure that commitments made to stakeholders are tracked through to closure.
- Capture program developments, challenges and learnings and convert them into actionable information for management.

3. Program Finance & Commercial Control — 25%

Own program-level financial discipline in close coordination with the CFO/Finance team.

- Maintain program-wise budgets and track budget vs. actual expenditure.
- Track program revenue, costs, commitments, margins, and financial variances.
- Maintain program-level P&L; and financial MIS.
- Track receivables, billing status and aging.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of invoices and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on billing approvals, payment releases and collections with relevant stakeholders.
- Track program expenses, advances and reimbursements.
- Ensure expenses and financial transactions are supported by appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate with the CFO/Finance team for accounting, reconciliation and month-end closure.
- Identify cost leakages, financial deviations, and control gaps and drive corrective action.

4. Procurement, Inventory & Resource Control — 15%

Ensure program resources move from requirement to deployment with complete financial and documentary control.

- Consolidate and coordinate program procurement requirements.
- Track purchase orders, procurement status,



fulfillment, and delivery.
- Coordinate with the workshop/central teams for timely availability and dispatch of program materials.
- Track movement of hives, toolkits, equipment and other materials from central inventory to project locations.
- Maintain district and mandal-level inventory records.
- Track distribution of program assets to beneficiaries/field teams and maintain appropriate acknowledgments.
- Conduct periodic physical and digital inventory reconciliation.
- Track program-level assets and maintain appropriate records.
- Coordinate logistics, including dispatches, transportation and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate administrative requirements, including reimbursements and other program-related operational expenses.

What we are looking for: We are looking for an execution-oriented program operator who enjoys building systems, tracking details and driving closure. The ideal candidate has experience managing multi-location projects/programmes and is comfortable working across operations, finance, MIS, inventory and stakeholder coordination. Experience working with government programs, rural livelihoods, agriculture, CSR or development-sector implementation is highly desirable.

Skills:

- Hands-on and execution-oriented, rather than purely managerial.
- Extremely strong in follow-up and closure.
- Comfortable working at a project/site and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to understand a project P&L;.
- Robust in Excel/MIS and project-wise financial tracking.
- Comfortable handling billing, collections, inventory, agreements, SOPs & people.
- Able to coordinate with government authorities and institutional customers.
- Able to enforce processes and KPIs without losing the ability to work collaboratively.
- Comfortable being the “go-to person” at the site for cross-functional issues.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
